About Me

With over 20 years of experience as a nurse leader, I’ve dedicated my career to guiding teams through the complexities of healthcare. My background in nursing and psychology has given me the tools to support others on both a clinical and emotional level, helping them manage complex situations and reach their fullest potential.

As a single mother raising a daughter, I’ve learned the delicate balance between leading at work and being fully present at home. Juggling both worlds has shaped my resilience and deepened my empathy for women who carry the weight of similar responsibilities.

Becoming a coach felt like a natural evolution of my journey. I know firsthand how empowering it can be to have someone in your corner, offering personalized guidance through life’s most demanding moments.

I’m committed to helping women, particularly those in high-pressure environments, find the strength to not only survive but thrive. I’ve been there, sitting in meetings while thinking about how to make it all work, and I want to help others succeed through similar challenges.
